Weft rule changes

Spellcasting

  1. Spells may only be cast as rituals. This will use a spell slot unless the spell has the 'Ritual' tag.
    1. Tokens. As part of the ritual, a tiny, one use, magic item, called a Token may be created. Creating a token expends a spell slot equal to the spell level. The token last until the caster completes a long rest or is activated. Activating a token takes the casting time listed in the spell's description. Activating the token releases the spell as described in the spell's description.
      1. A spell token may appear as any tiny object. This object is set by the caster the first time they cast the spell. From that point forward, the token for that spell by that caster is always the same. The player should make a note of what the spell token looks like when they learn a spell. For inspiration on token shape, see "Trinkets" in the Dungeon Master's Guide (5e) p.159-161.
    2. Innate Spellcasters cast spells as usual.
