Unofficial Description: Class describes a role that a Player Character assumes.

Primary Ability

Summary: One or more abilities the is a requirement to take on a particular class. In addition, if a player later chooses to multiclass (choose more than one class for their character), the primary abilites for both classes must be 13 or greater. [1]


Class Group

Classes are grouped by common features:

Group Classes Characteristics
Experts Artificer, Bard, Ranger, Rogue Classes that have the Expert feature.
Mages Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard Classes who's primary focus is Arcane magic use.
Priests Cleric, Druid, Paladin Classes that tap Divine or Primal magic.
Warriors Barbarian, Fighter, Monk Combat focused classes.

Creating a Member of the Class

Summary: This section of a class describes Hit Points, Proficiencies, Armor Training, as well as suggested Equipment. It also describes if a character gains any of these if it multiclasses.

Class Features

Summary: Class features are special rules given to an individual classs. [1]

Subclasses

Summary: A subclass is a further specialization within a class (each subclass will be described in its own article). [1]
