Hazards are dangers that are from the environment or non-sentient creatures.[1] The Dungeon Master's Guide (5e) lists the following hazards as examples:

Dungeon Hazards

  • Brown Mold
  • Green Slime

  • Yellow Mold

Weather

  • Extreme Cold
  • Extreme Heat
  • Strong Wind
  • Heavy Precipitation

High Altitude
