Magic Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
This belt when worn, and while the wearer is attuned, the wearer counts as having 23 Strength (+6) for grappling and escape checks (unless the wearer's Strength is greater than 23). In addition the wearer, on a successful grapple check also restrains its opponent.
