Features

Draconic Resistance. The kobold have resistance to the damage type that matches their dragon breath's damage type. (see below).

Heavy Scales. Dragon-blessed also have much tougher scales providing natural armor.

Pack Tactics. The kobold has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the kobold's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the kobold has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Each creature in that area of effect must make a DC 12 saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) damage on a failed save, or half [2] as much damage on a successful one.
