Withered Sovereign Template 

You can create a sovereign of the Withered Court by making the following adjustments to the statistics of any creature.

Creature Type. adds Fey

Hit Dice. +16 Hit Dice

Ability Scores. Charisma +2, Constitution +4, +10 other (all max. 30)

Damage Resistances. bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks.

Damage Immunities. cold

Condition Immunities. charmed, exhaustion, frightened

Languages. Sylvan

Challenge Rating. +8

Traits.

Flash Freeze.

Icy Stare.

Permafrost.

Sovereign Fey.

Actions.

Reverence.

Withered Sovereign Actions

Breath of Winter (action, 1 point)

Crystal Tomb (action 6 points)

Fracture (bonus action 5 points)

Frostbite (bonus action 1 point)

Harden Hart (reaction 2 points)
