Drow Scarred is a background in 5th edition.

Drow Scarred
As a child you were kidnapped and enslaved by the drow. Your time there scarred you and left you angry at the drow. Your eventual escape is the only reason you are alive, as you would eventually have either been sacrificed to Lolth or died of exhaustion under a cruel whip.

Skill Proficiencies: Stealth, Deception
Tool Proficiencies: Cooking, Mining or Cleaning
Languages: Undercommon
Equipment: Shiv, ragged clothing

Feature: A fitting sacrifice

You have a scar somewhere on your body in the shape of a spider. This detailed depiction is enchanted to cause you pain when a priestess tells you to kneel. If the words "kneel Worm" are spoken in undercommon, you must make a DC20 con save to avoid taking half your HP in damage.
