The opponent must succeed in a Charisma saving throw, DC 15, or agree to dual with the duelist, one-on-one. This may be to first blood, surrender, or death. Duelist
A duelist can be either a professional assassin who picks duels as a legal way to kill his target. Or a duelist could be just a braggadocio who likes to pick fights for fun (if it is a true test of his skill, all the better).
