Chameleon Skin is a creature trait for the Phoenix Ash campaign setting.

Bonus Action
The creature's skin, carapace, feathers, etc. has the ability to change color and/or patterns to match or blend in to the environment. If not under direct observation, as a Bonus Action the creature can Hide with Advantage to blend in with its background.
