An aberration, beast, humanoid, giant, or monstrosity can become a zombie. It keeps its statistics, except as follows:
Type becomes undead, Tags are zombie.
Alignment is usually Neutral Evil, unless you have a justification for it to be other.
Str +0 to +3 (max. 20 unless base creature is above 20)
Dex 6 (adjust AC)
Con +0 to +6 (max. 20 unless base creature is above 20)
Int 3
Wis 6
Cha 5
Senses: Darkvision 60 ft.
Damage Immunity: Poison
Condition Immunity: Poisoned

Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.
