Glide. When the phanaton flies, it cannot ascend, and must descend 5 feet for every 10 feet traveled.

Stealthy. Phanatons have advantage on Stealth checks.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 1 (1d4-2) piercing damage.

Javelin. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 30/120 ft., one creature. Hit: 2 (1d6-2) piercing damage.

Small Net. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 5/15 ft., one creature. Hit: 0 damage. A Medium or smaller creature hit by a net is restrained until it is freed. A net has no effect on creatures that are formless. A creature can use its action to make a DC 10 Strength check, freeing itself or another creature within its reach on a success. Dealing 5 slashing damage to the net (AC 10) also frees the creature without harming it, ending the effect and destroying the net.
