Demilich's Lair
[1] A demilich lairs in a labyrinthine tomb guarded by monsters and traps.
Lair Actions
[1] When fighting inside its lair, an demilich can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the undead takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the undead can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Earth Tremmors
- Anitmagic Field
- Suppress Healing
Regional Effects
[1] Region around its lair may have the following effects:
- Necrotic Damage
- Guardian Charm & Frighten Defense
- Warded Against Magical Travel
If the demilich is destroyed, these effects fade in 1-10 days.
