You can create a vassal of the Withered Court by making the following adjustments to the statistics of any creature.
Creature Type. adds Fey
Hit Dice. +2 Hit Dice
Ability Scores. Charisma +2 (max 30)
Damage Resistances. bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks.
Damage Immunities. cold
Condition Immunities. charmed, frightened
Languages. adds Sylvan
Challenge Rating. +1
Traits.
- Flash Freeze.
- Permafrost.
