The area around a White Dragon (101 years old or more) manifest the following effects:
Frigid Cold. The area manifests extreme cold and frigid water.
Glacial Gloom. Cold fog lightly obscures the area and makes it hard to rest. {{5e24|Creatures have reduced Speed (Constitution save to avoid).
