Stench is a creature trait for the Phoenix Ash campaign setting.

Feature
Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of the ____[2] must succeed on a DC ____[3] Constitution saving throw or be poisoned until the start of its next turn. On a successful saving throw, the creature is immune to the ____’s[2] stench for 24 hours.
Character.[4] If a character has this trait, Charisma checks have a penalty applied equal to the character's proficiency bonus.
