Moonstone dragons are graceful and elegant … with opalescent scalses and ruffs of emerald-green fur … One horn arcs from the back of [its] skull and another at the tip of the nose; the two horns together [are] reminiscent of a slender crescent moon. [1]

The challenge rating of a legendary moonstone dragon increases by 1 when it's encountered in its lair.
Lair Actions
[3] When fighting inside its lair, an moonstone dragon can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the dragon can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Banish into Dream.
- Compulsive Dance.
- Disorienting Visions.
