Features

Trance. [3] Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. After resting in this way, the bard gains the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.

Fire Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +3 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d10) fire damage. A flammable object hit by this spell ignites if it isn't being worn or carried.

Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8+1) piercing damage. 

Reactions

Parry. The noble adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the noble must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.
