5e:Spore Servant Template
The Monster Manual (5e), p.230, gives the rules to convert a creature (other than construct, elemental, ooze, plant, or undead) to a spore servant.
Changes:
- Type and tags change to Plant (Fungus, Myconid)[4]
- Becomes unaligned
- Reduced speed
- Replace Int, Wis, and Cha
- Replace senses with blindsight
- Gain some immunities
- Looses any languages
- Gains unarmed strike (if base creature had no attacks)
- Habitat. [5][2][3] Underdark, Underground
