Features

Keen Smell and Hearing.. Foos have advantage on Investigation and Perception checks that rely on smell or sound. 

Actions

Multiattack. The foo may make two claws attacks, a claw and bite attack, or a claw and psychic wave attack.

Psychic Wave. Ranged Mental Attack The foo can attack in a cone 120 ft. long. Enemies in the zone must make a Mental Gestalt saving throw (DC 17) taking 55 (10d10) psychic damage on a failed save or half damage on a successful save.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit 18 (2d10+7) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit 14 (2d6+7) slashing damage.
