5e:Lythari Lineage
Lythari (or Ly'Tel'Quessir) are elves with the ability to transform into wolves. When in elf-form they appear as wood elves, and when in wolf form they are indistinguishable from a normal wolf.

Culture
Lythari, as a people, prefer the deep wilds untouched by civilization. They live in isolated colonies, often remaining in wolf form.
Lythari Traits

- Parent Race. Elf
- Ability Score Increase. Wisdom +1
- Alignment. Lythari tend toward Neutral Good
- Lycan Polymorph. You can polymorph into a wolf. While in wolf-form you retain your Intelligence and Wisdom scores. You may change back to your elven form as a bonus action. You can remain in wolf form indefinitely. In wolf form you cannot speak, but still understand language. Once you use this trait, you cannot use this trait again until you have completed a short or long rest.
