5e:Hoard Magic Item
Hoard magic items gain power by being a part of a dragon’s hoard. The magic can rise or fall with the power of the dragon and how long the hoard item has been away from the dragon's hoard. This power state is described as Slumbering, Stirring, Wakened, or Ascendant. [1]
