Hoard Magic Item

Unofficial Description: This magicc scepter, orb, amulet, or crystal is a spellcasting focus with Dragon motifs.

Hoard Item States

• Slumbering (Uncommon) - boost to initiative.
• Stirring (Rare) - additional trait based on dragon type of the hoard it was in:
  • Chromatic - cast spell with elemental damage.
  • Gem - teleport when casts a spell
  • Metallic - boost saving throw of nearby creature.
• Wakened - also can cast 1 spell per day without using a spell slot from a given list (varies by dragon type)
• Ascendant - also can cast a spell as 9th level slot without using a spell slot once per day.
