This is magic jewelry, a cloak, or accessory, is from a dragon’s scale, tooth, or claw.

Hoard Item States

• Slumbering (Uncommon) - bonus against being charmed or frightened.
• Stirring (Rare) - Bonus to AC. Immunity to being charmed or frightened. Nearby allies gain a bonus against these conditions.
• Wakened (Very Rare) - Additionally you can heal from the elemental damage type of the dragon who's hard the ornament was in (this is 1/day).
• Ascendant (Legendary) - You also gain a flying speed.
