Wind Courtier Template 

You can create a couriter of the Court of the Winds by making the following adjustments to the statistics of any creature.

Creature Type. adds Fey

Hit Dice. +10 Hit Dice

Speed. flying speed of 30 feet

Ability Scores. Charisma +2, Dexterity +4 (all max. 30)

Condition Immunities. charmed, frightened

Languages. Sylvan

Challenge Rating. +4

Traits.

Air Lift.

Flyby. The courtier doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy’s reach.

Free Bird.

Actions.

Jet Stream (Recharge 5-6).
