Traits

Earth Glide. [2] The cataclysm can burrow through nonmagical, unworked earth and stone. While doing so, the cataclysm doesn’t disturb the material it moves through.

Legendary Resistance (Per Day). [2] If the cataclysm fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Siege Monster. [2] The cataclysm deals double damage to objects and structures. 

Actions

Multiattack.

Elemental Burst. Melee or Ranged Attack Roll: Acid, Cold, Fire, Lightning, or Thunder damage.

Cataclysmic Event (Recharge 4-6). The cataclysm creates one of the following effects at random (roll 1d4):

  1. Clinging Flames. Dexterity Saving Throw: Sphere. Failure: Fire damage. Success: Half damage. Failure or Success: Burning.
  2. Freezing Waves. Strength Saving Throw: Cone. Failure: Bludgeoning damage plus Cold damage, Prone. Success: Half damage only. Failure or Success: Speed reduced to 0.
  3. Raging Storm. Sphere for 1 minute. Creatures are Blinded, Deafened, and restricts spellcasting. Dexterity Saving Throw: Failure: Lightning damage plus Thunder damage. Success: Half damage.
  4. Swallowing Earth. Strength Saving Throw: Cube. Failure: Bludgeoning damage plus Acid damage, and is Prone and Restrained, it has Total Cover, and is suffocating (DC 18 Strength (Athletics) check to escape). Success: Half damage only.

Control Weather (Constitution). Casts the Control Weather spell. 

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action Uses: 3.

Eruption. Elemental Burst attack.

Rumbling Movement (1/Round). Moves without provoking Opportunity Attacks. Nearby creatures are subject to the following effect. Constitution Saving Throw: Failure: Prone.
