Features

Cunning Action. The fey can take the dash, disengage, or hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns.

Innate Spellcasting (Psionics). The fey's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13). It can cast the following spells, requiring no components:

Actions

Poisoned Needle Blowgun. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 25/100 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1+2) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, the target takes 2 (1d4) poison damage and must make a DC 15 saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute.

Ktip are mischievous fey. They love to hide and follow strangers, causing weird sounds, smells, and sights.

Visually ktip appear to be tiny goblins about the size of a squirrel. They only wear scraps of cloth or sewn together leaves. Most carry a blowgun that is near as long as they are, which they load with poisoned pine needles or hedgehog quills.
