The swarm can’t regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.  Actions Multiattack. The swarm makes a Thunderous Chirping attack and, if charged, a Psychic Din attack. Thunderous Chirping. The swarm makes a sonic attack in a 60-foot radius. Each creature in range (except psycadas) must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) thunder damage on a failed save, or half  as much damage on a successful one. Psychic Din (6+). The swarm makes a psychic attack in a 60-foot radius. Each creature in range (except psycadas) must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) psychic damage on a successful save, or half  as much damage on a failed save.
