Rock Gnome NPCs have the following traits:
- Size: Small
- Speed: 25 ft.
- Senses: Darkvision 60 ft.
- Languages (minimum): Common, Gnomish
- Gnome Cunning: The gnome has advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic.
- Artificer’s Lore: The gnome may add double its proficiency bonus when making Intelligence checks regarding magic items, alchemical objects, or technological devices.
- Clockwork Device: The gnome may have a tiny clockwork device that plays music, lights a small fire, or moves randomly 5' on the ground making soft sounds.
