Magic Item Plan (Artificer Level): 6

Unofficial Description:+1 Magic Weapon boosts attack and damage rolls. Use a Bonus Action to cause it to shed light in a 60 foot radius, or extinguish it.

Charge Use: Use a Reaction and a charge after being hit by an attack to cause the attacker to be Blinded for a turn. Some charges renew at Dawn.
