Traits

Life Suppression. Healing is suppressed within a range.

Soul Gem. If the dracolich is destroyed, it regains a body in a number of days from a magic gem. 

Actions

Multiattack.

Rend. Melee Attack Roll: Slashing damage plus Necrotic

Necrotic Breath (Recharge 5-6). Constitution Saving Throw: DC 20, each creature in a 60-foot Cone. Failure: 52 (8d12) Necrotic damage. Success: Half damage.

Spellcasting. Can cast the following spells:

Create Undead, Detect Magic, Finger of Death, Ray of Sickness

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action Uses: 3 (4 in Lair).

Pounce. Move and make one Rend attack.

Sickening Ray (1/Round). Cast Ray of Sickness (level 2 version).

Terrifying Presence (1/Round). Wisdom Saving Throw: Emanation Failure: Psychic damage and Frightened.

[1] Summary: The dracolich uses the lair it had in life. The region near the lair manifests the following effects:

Sapping Mist. Lightly Obscured and other creatures may gain Exhaustion after a Long Rest (Constitution save to avoid).

Soul Drain. Creatures have Disadvantage on Death Saving Throws.

Effects end immediately if the dracolich is destroyed.
