Goliath is a species in 5th edition (2024).
[1] Unofficial Description: Goliaths are a humanoid people (or group of peoples) with ancestry tied to one or more of the true giants or that have been blessed by giantkind. They have gifts that manifest in some individuals.

Size: Medium (about 7-8 feet tall)
Speed: 35 feet
As a Goliath, you have these special traits.
Giant Ancestry. Unofficial Summary: A number of times per Long Rest you can manifest one of the following gifts:
- Cloud's Jaunt (Cloud Giant). Use a Bonus Action to teleport.
- Fire's Burn (Fire Giant). Can do bonus Fire damage when you hit a target using an attack roll.
- Frost's Chill (Frost Giant). Bonus Cold damage and reduce its Speed when you it a target using an attack roll.
- Hill's Tumble (Hill Giant). Cause a Large or smaller target to go Prone when you hit it with an attack roll.
- Stone's Endurance (Stone Giant). Use a Reaction when you take damage to reduce the damage.
- Storm's Thunder (Storm Giant). Use a Reaction when you take damage from a creature to deal Thunder damage to it.
Large Form. (Requires character level 5) Unofficial Summary: Once per Long Rest, use a Bonus Action to change size to Large for 1/6 hour. While Large, your [[5e24:

Powerful Build. Unofficial Summary: Your ability checks make or end a Grapple is buffed, as is your carrying capacity.
