Traits Blight Seeds. Summary: The tree projects seeds that will become a Blight in a day. Regrowth. If it is reduced to O Hit Points, it seems to be destroyed but isn't truly dead; it regains 1 hit point every month until it is fully healed. With a successful DC 15 Intelligence (Nature) Check, a character can determine that the entire stump must be uprooted and the land blessed (such as by the Hallow spell being cast on the land where it grew once a day for a month) for the tree to truly die.  Actions Multiattack. Slam. Melee Attack Roll: Bludgeoning Damage. Thorn Volley. Constitution Saving Throw: Failure: Necrotic damage, and is Grappled and Restrained.

The Gulthias Tree was the first Gulthias Blight. It is a tree that grew from the stake piercing the heart of the Vampire Gulthias. These blights consider all creatures either servants or fertilizer for the blights’ corruption.

The Sunless Citadel

the Sunless Citadel long ago fell into the earth. Within its ruined halls is the Twilight Grove. At the center of this grove is the Gulthias Tree, an evil plant that produces fruit twice a year. The first (summer) fruit heals and cures Disease. The second fruit (winter) causes Necrotic damage, and if planted, produce Blights. The Gulthias tree is protected and shephered by Belak, a outcast Druid.

Barovia

The Gulthias Tree grew from the steak used to kill an ancient Vampire, Gulthias. It creates Blights all over Barovia Ravenloft.
