Traits

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). [2] If Sammaster fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Life Suppression. Creatures can’t regain Hit Points.

Magic Resistance. [2] Sammaster has Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Soul Gem. Gem that allows him to reappear after a number of days in Dracolich Form if he dies. 

Actions

Multiattack. 3 or 2+1

Corrosive Burst. Melee or Ranged Attack Roll: Acid or Necrotic damage (Sammaster's choice).

Paralyzing Touch. Melee Attack Roll: +13, reach 5 ft. Hit: 16 (3d6+6) Cold damage and Paralyzed.

Spellcasting. Can cast the following spells:

Cone of Cold, Create Undead, Detect Magic, Dispel Magic, Invisibility, Mage Hand, Power Word Kill, Prestidigitation, Speak with Dead, Wall of Force

Reactions

Protective Magic. [2] Trigger: Trigger: Counterspell Trigger: Creature within 60 feet of the __named creature__ casting a spell with Verbal, Somatic, or Material components. Shield Trigger: The __named creature__ are hit by an attack roll or targeted by the Magic Missile spell. Response: The __named creature__ casts Counterspell or Shield, using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting. 

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action Uses: 3.

Deathly Teleport. teleports and each creature near originating space takes Necrotic damage.

Dissolve. Corrosive Burst.

Terrifying Presence. Wisdom Saving Throw: Each creature in Emanation. Failure: Psychic damage and Frightened. Failure or Success: Can’t take this action again until the start of his next turn.
