You can create a sovereign of the Heavenly Court by making the following adjustments to the statistics of any creature.
Creature Type. adds Fey
Hit Dice. +16 Hit Dice
Ability Scores. Charisma +2, Wisdom +4, +10 other (all max. 30)
Damage Resistances.' bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks.
Damage Immunities. radiant
Condition Immunities. charmed, frightened
Languages. Sylvan
Challenge Rating. +8
Traits.
- Dazzling Aura.
- Heaveny Fire.
- Magic Resistance. [2] The sovereign has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
- Sovereign Fey.
Actions.
- Neutron Star.
Withered Sovereign Actions
- Burn Out (bonus action, 5 points)
- Meteor Shower (action, 6 points)
- Molten Core (action, 2 points)
- Shooting Star (bonus action, 1 point)
- Supernova (reaction, 3 points)
