Palid Elf NPCs have the following traits:
- Proficiency in Perception
- Darkvision 60 ft.
- Fey Ancestry: [3] The elf has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
- Trance: [3] Elves don’t need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. After resting in this way, the bard gains the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
- Languages (minimum): Common, Elven
- Incisive Sense: The elf has advantage on Intelligence (Investigation) and Wisdom (Insight) checks.
- Innate Spellcasting: The elf can cast the following spells using Wisdom as its spellcasting ability without material components:
- At Will: light
- If CR 3+, 1/Day: sleep
- If CR 5+ 1/Day: invisibility
