Features

Blood Frenzy. [2] The loup garou has advantage on attack rolls against a creature that doesn't have all its hit points.

Legendary Resistance (2/Day). [2] When the loup garou fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Regeneration. [2] The loup garou regains 10 hit points at the start of each of its turns. If the loup garou takes damage from a sil­ver weapon, this trait doesn't function at the start of the loup garou's next turn. The loup garou dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate.

Bite (Dire Wolf or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack

Longsword (Humanoid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack

Bonus Actions

Change Shape. [2] The loup garou polymorphs into a Large wolf-humanoid hybrid or into a Large dire wolf, or back into its true form, which appears humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size and speed, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies. 

Legendary Actions

The monstrosity can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The monstrosity regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Swipe.

Mauling Pounce (Costs 2 Actions).

Bite (Costs 3 Actions).
