Features

Air Lift.

Flyby. [3] The roc doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy’s reach.

Keen Sight. [3] The roc has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Sovereign Fey. 32 sovereign points.

Actions

Multiattack. [3] The roc makes two attacks: one with its beak and one with its talons.

Beak. [3]Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (4d8+9) piercing damage.

Talons. [3] Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (4d6+9) slashing damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 19). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the roc can't use its talons on another target.

Jet Stream (Recharge 5-6). The roc launches itself forward, moving in a straight line up to its speed. Each creature in the line must attempt a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 44 (8d10) thunder damage and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half [4] damage and is not knocked prone.
