A death tyrant's lair is that of itself before death.

Lair Actions

When fighting inside its lair, an death tyrant can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the undead takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the undead can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • Disembodied Eyes and Tentacles
  • Spectral Tentacle Attack
  • Remote Eye Ray Attack

Regional Effects

Region around lair.

  • Feeling of Being Watched
  • Troubled Rest

If the death tyrant is destroyed, effects end in 1d10 days.
