Features

Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny insect. The swarm can’t regain hit points or gain temporary hit points. 

Actions

Multiattack. The swarm makes a Thunderous Chirping attack and, if charged, a Psychic Din attack.

Thunderous Chirping. The swarm makes a sonic attack in a 90-foot radius. Each creature in range (except psycadas) must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 52 (5d20) thunder damage on a failed save, or half [2] as much damage on a successful one.

Psychic Din (Recharge 3+). The swarm makes a psychic attack in a 90-foot radius. Each creature in range (except psycadas) must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, taking 73 (7d20) psychic damage on a successful save, or half [2] as much damage on a failed save.
